Atty. Phil Jaramillo is a founding partner of JK Law, bringing a strong foundation in labor law, corporate law, contract drafting, and business registration. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos in 2020, where he developed a deep understanding of the law and a passion for client-focused legal service. Prior to founding JK Law, he honed his skills as a legal associate for three years, handling a range of corporate and labor-related matters. Known for his strategic thinking and commitment to practical solutions, Atty. Jaramillo works closely with individuals, startups, and established businesses to help them navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Atty. Christian Kong
Founding Partner
Atty. Christian Kong is a founding partner of JK Law and a former Municipal Administrator of Cordova, bringing with him valuable experience in public service and local governance. He graduated Valedictorian of his Juris Doctor class at the University of San Carlos in 2020, reflecting his academic excellence and leadership. Atty. Kong specializes in corporate law, property law, and election law, offering strategic legal counsel to businesses, property owners, and political clients. With a strong blend of public sector insight and private legal practice, he is committed to delivering clear, practical, and effective legal solutions.
