Legal Fees
At JK Law, our legal fees follow the Standard Minimum Attorney’s Fees as set and approved by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City Chapter and Cebu Chapter. In recognition of the need for fair and consistent pricing within the legal profession, both chapters—through their respective committees—jointly revised and updated the fee schedule. This culminated in a joint resolution approved by the boards of both chapters, setting new minimum fees that officially took effect on January 15, 2023.
While these rates represent the baseline, actual fees may vary depending on the complexity, urgency, and nature of the legal service provided. JK Law remains committed to transparency and professionalism in all client engagements.
